To cancel your subscription, log in to SIGN8 as an administrator and navigate to the “Administration” section. Now click on “Manage subscription”.
Now click on “Cancel plan”.
From here you have the option of cancelling the subscription or, depending on the selected subscription model, automatically resuming it for a selectable period of time.
After cancellation, you can continue to use SIGN8 until your contract expires.
If you decide to renew your subscription, you can do so at any time by clicking on “Renew plan”.
