Individual webhook

With individual webhooks you can use the SIGN8 webhooks to process the data. This is suitable, for example, if you want to sort and file the documents in your own DMS.

First enter the public URL of your service. For testing purposes, we recommend the use of ngrok. Furthermore, you can freely store headers that are required for authentication, for example.

If a workflow is now started via the SIGN8 webapp, you will receive a webhook and the current files with every status change. You can process these in your system as you wish. Creating workflows only works via the SIGN8 API.
