Add contact

You can add new contacts via this link.

When creating contacts, you should pay particular attention to the following fields:

• • Visibility: Private contacts are only visible to you. If the visibility is set to “Company”, all users in your SIGN8 organisation can see this contact. However, these people cannot see the phone number of the contact and they cannot edit it.
  • Mobile number: From the advanced level onwards, it is necessary to provide a telephone or mobile number. We need this for two-factor authentication.

First name, last name and e-mail are mandatory fields and must always be filled in. Company and job title are optional fields.
