How long is the contract period?
The contracts usually run for 12 months. You can also take out a monthly subscription at little extra cost. At the end of the term, the subscription is automatically renewed.
How can I pay?
You can pay at SIGN8 by SEPA direct debit and credit card.
Can I cancel during the trial period?
Yes, they can cancel the subscription during the trial period without any further costs. At the end of the trial period, you automatically switch to a regular subscription.
Are the contracts legally signed during the test period?
Yes, all contracts you sign with us during the trial period are legally signed.
